Bond energy of ${N}_2^{+}=$Bond energy of ${N}_2^{-}$. This is because they have the same bond order value of 2.5.

However, for ${N}_2$ bond order is 3 hence, it has higher bond energy than other two ions. Though considering the bond energies more precisely, ${N}_2^{-}$is slightly less stable and hence has less bond energy than ${N}_2^{+}$due to presence of greater number of electrons in the antibonding molecular orbitals in ${N}_2^{-}$.
