ANSWER : $10 {m} / {sec}$.

SOLUTION —

Average speed of the Man —

$=\frac{\text { Total distance }}{\text { Total time }}=\frac{2 {L}}{{L} / 10+{L} / 10}$

$=10 {m} / {sec}$.
