The Central University of Odisha, Guru Ghasidas Viswavidyalaya, Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh, SOA Deemed University Bhubaneswar, and the Centre of Excellence for Studies in Classical Odia, CIIL, joined hands with the Ministry of Education to organize the seminar.
