Best answer
$(1,1) \notin R \quad \therefore \quad$ not reflexive

$(2,3) \in \mathrm{R}$ and $(3,2) \notin \mathrm{R}$ not symmetric

$(1,3) \in R$ and $(3,1) \in R \quad$ but $(1,1) \notin R$

$\therefore \quad$ not transitive
