The bond dissociation energy is directly related to the bond order.

The bond order of ${H}_2^{+}\left(\sigma 1 s^1\right)$ is $\frac{1}{2}$ and the bond order of ${He}_2^{+}\left(\sigma 1 s^2 \sigma^* 1 s^1\right)$ is also $\frac{1}{2}$.

As bond order is same, the bond dissociation energy of ${H}_2^{+}$is almost same as that of ${He}_2^{+}$.
