${H}_2 {O} \longrightarrow 2 {H}^{+}+{O}^{2-}$

At cathode : $2 {H}^{+}+2 e^{-} \longrightarrow {H}_2$

$22,400 {~cm}^3$ of ${H}_2$ is released from $=2 \times 96500 {C}$

$\therefore \quad 112 {~cm}^3$ of ${H}_2$ is released from

$=\frac{2 \times 96500}{22400} \times 112=965 {C}$
