If a body moves with constant acceleration, then we write —

$s=u t+\frac{1}{2} f t^2$

$v=u+f t$

$v^2=u^2+2 f s$

and, $\quad v^2=u^2+2 f s$.

where, $u=$ Initial velocity; $\mathrm{V}=$ final velocity, $f=$ acceleration, $s=$ distance travelled and $t=$ time taken.
