SOLUTION :

$(100-10)$ or $90 \%$ of the C.P.$ =\text { Rs. } 22 \cdot 50=\text { Rs. } \frac{45}{2}$

$\begin{array}{c}\therefore \quad 1 \% \text { of the C.P. }=\text { Rs. } \frac{45}{2 \times 90} \\=\text { Rs. } \frac{1}{4} \\\therefore \quad(100+10) \text { or } 110 \% \text { of the C.P. } \\=\text { Rs. } \frac{1}{4} \times 110=\text { Rs. } 27.50 ; \text { Ans. }\end{array}$
