2. राज्यों के राज्यपाल (Governor of States)
3. वित्त आयोग व राजभाषा आयोग के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य (Finance Commission and Chairman of Official Language Commission)
4. उच्चतम न्यायालय और उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश (Judges of Supreme court and High Court)
5. भारत के महान्यायवादी तथा नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक (Attorney General of India and Comptroller and Auditor General)
6. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य (Chairman and Members of Union Public Service Commission)
7. मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त एवं अन्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (Chief Election Commissioner and Election Commissioner)
8. राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य (Chairman and Members of National Human Right Commission)
