COVID-19 Pandemic
Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious and pandemic disease caused by a newly discovered virus. It spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
It is the flu that causes several symptoms in the persons through which they can evaluate whether they have the coronavirus or not. Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness. The people also feel very tired have a dry cough and feel fever. Though there have been cases where the virus has not shown any symptoms. Without special treatment also people are recovering from these diseases but the safety of the persons is in their hands only. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.
The safety from coronavirus can be maintained by maintaining the social distance from the people. People should wash their hands more frequently and avoid touching their face. The people have to keep the distance from the people who are unwell, such as 1 metre or 3 feet distance should be maintained. The people should stay at home to prevent themself from the coronavirus infection. Coronavirus has a great impact on the economy of the country as it slows down the economy and causes much harm to the growth of the country. The countries were getting into a recession through the coronavirus, the economy was declining and in the stock market there was a loss in the global income of the country. Out of 200 countries the disease spread out in about 180 countries. The governments of all the countries were busy in the health sector and in reducing death calamities.
The first case of coronavirus in India was detected on 30th Jan.,2020. Since then the central government was very active in controlling this pandemic disease. In this connection Prime Minister Modi announced Janta Karfu on 22th. March 2020. He announced complete lockdown.
After that 2 or 3 lockdown have been announced by the state governments. This has perhaps lessend the calamities. These lockdown broughts all activities to a halt, there have been several horror stories like complete closure of transportation services, morsel of food, migrant workers left stranded, restriction on public movement as well as on religious & social gathering. In short Covid19 has brought the world including India to a hault. Till the end of the year 2021 the fear of Covid 19 has lessened due to vaccination.
