The government also entrusts the responsibility of implementation of government schemes to non-government organization. NGOs efficiently convey these to the people. People themselves also co-operate in the development of the service sector by helping in implementing the schemes with their own efforts. These sectors are beauty parlour, Telecom, Banking, Selfemployment, Bus, Aircraft etc. These are some services where it is not possible to provide quality service by the government, Those sectors are transport, education, health, telecommunications, banking, insurance services etc. In the above areas, the public also prefers to get the service of non-government sector than the government sector.
