With reference to the universally accepted definition of democracy, it can be said that in a democracy, this system revolves around the people. Women constitute almost half of the population in the general population, then a semi-democratic system will be created. Naturally, in order to increase their participation, constitutional priorities were set in the national education policy to remove illiteracy of women to remove the barriers to education and to keep them in elementary education.
