With reference to the universally accepted definition of democracy, it can be said that in a democracy, this system revolves around the people. Women constitute almost half of the population in the general population, then a semi-democratic system will be created. Naturally, in order to increase their participation, constitutional priorities were set in the national education policy to remove illiteracy of women to remove the barriers to education and to keep them in elementary education. In Bihar, local self- government, like Panchayats to Zila Parishad till now reservation was given to women. Women also got the benefit of reservation. The representation of women in local self-government increased. Women became direct participants in the democratic system. Today the contribution of women is very high in the economic, social, political field of the nation or state. The contribution of women in the fields is well known. Indian agriculture is not possible without women workers. Today women have started making their knock in the space from the aircraft. In order to motivate women for education, arrangements have been made for free school, uniform, free cycle, free karate training etc. to the girls students studying in the school. This has increased the general attraction towards girl child education. In rural areas across the state, girls in school uniform are allowed to go to school on time can be seen.
