What do you understand by power sharing?

For expression and identity among different social groups, there is a division of power. In this type of arrangement, the interests and needs of the groups are respected and different groups avoid conflict. An attempt is made to build a public consensus by sharing power. Sharing of power never accepts conflicts between groups and talks about resolving them by coming into the mainstream of power.

The burning problem of India is the naxal movement. Power is repeatedly urging them to leave the path of violence and join the mainstream of the nation. Power sharing is the heart of democratic government.
